- Scholarships
For several years District 3 has awarded college scholarships to commendable graduating members who are pursuing their
education at either a college or university.
District 3 feels that higher education is an important aspect of a person’s life. It's a mission of District 3 to recognize the
importance of higher education and its intent to support the aspirations of our youth members.
District 3 would like to congratulate the 2007 graduating members on their successes both in the classroom as well as the rodeo
arena. Attending college is a difficult task in its self. Attending college and participating in a sport such as rodeo is harder
yet. These cowboys and cowgirls need to be commended on their hard work and dedication for the sport of rodeo and higher
education. Next time you see one of these fine individuals around, congratulate and thank them for being a positive role model
for your the Thundering Three.
