Clarise Bankus, is selling her best roping and barrel horse Pop
Checkers. Checkers has been a very big part of Clarise’s success
while competing in High School Rodeo. We have never pushed him
to his full running speeds.
Checkers is 13 years old as of June 29th 2010. Checkers has
been to Challenge of Champions three times, State three times and
Nationals this year in Break-away roping. Checkers runs 17.4 just
cruising with the right rider this horse will place you in the winner’
s circle. Not only is Checkers an athlete, he has also competed in
several Queen Contest and placing in the top every single time
running the raining patterns. Checkers is for the advanced rider
not small children to compete on. If you have watched checkers
run you know that there is major speed in him, Checkers runs
barrels and roping, he can even run poles with flying lead

Registered AQHA we are his Third owner we bought him when he
was 8 years old. Checkers carried Clarise all through her 8th
grade to Senior year of high school taking her to Nationals. We
have all medical records and CDs showing that Checkers is in
excellent health. Checkers is up on all of his dental work, shots,
shad every 6 weeks on schedule. We have taken excellent care of
Checkers.

Breakaway Horse - 4 year Old Sorrel Mare This horse is good in
the box, nice sliding stop and has good ground manners. I used
this horse at the State Finals Rodeo in the breakaway roping event
